Delivery Policy

Everything on our website is in stock, ready to dispatch, unless specifically stated otherwise. We aim to dispatch within 2 working days but orders placed before 2.00pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same day. Please telephone or e-mail only if your order must be dispatched immediately and we will do our best to help.

Free Delivery - On all orders over £100 - mainland England, Wales, Scottish Lowlands.

Earnshaws Motorcycles will refund return delivery charges in instances of faulty or damaged goods but customers shall pay return delivery charges in all other instances.

Delivery charges include packaging and handling and are based on weight. Product weights are estimated to include packaging, the weight of which may vary.

Undelivered parcels will be re-delivered at the customers’ expense.

Undelivered parcels, returned to us by a courier, will be subject to a return delivery charge.

Quoted delivery times and dates are not guaranteed because once a parcel leaves our premises; it is in the hands of a third party carrier.

Damage in transit can only be claimed if, when accepting a courier delivery, the damage is reported upon signing for the goods.

Earnshaws Motorcycles shall not be liable for delays, losses or damage incurred after the date of dispatch, which are at the customer’s risk.
